Terms of Service
All payment is upfront, unless it is an order above 120$ All commission work must be paid upfront, unless stated during the commission process and an agreement is made with both myself, and the comissioner. If the price exceeds 120$ then a two-time installment plan can be used, where in this case, 50% will be upfront, and the remaining 50% will be requested after the sketch phase is finished.
No refunds past the sketch stage. You are no longer eligible for a refund if the sketch has been approved. Then you will receive an invoice from me for the remaining payment if there is any. This is to prevent those who wish to scam and run off with the sketch.
Scamming and Requesting payment back If it is found out that you are attempting to scam me, or have been blacklisted from another commissioner due to scamming, immediate legal action will be taken. Scamming is not taken lightly.
